The Warm House project is a holding center for mothers with newborn children who were on the verge of abandoning their child, due to being in a difficult life situation: lacking housing, work, and support from relatives. The personal plan includes:
Psychological support and counseling
Legal assistance and consulting
Organization of medical services
Help with child care
Assistance in social adaptation, especially legal paperwork
Selection and organization of vocational training done jointly with mothers
Preparation and conduction of group lessons aimed at increasing the level of everyday life skills
Work on establishing ties with relatives and returning home; settlement of interpersonal conflicts and much more
In 2019, 22 families (27 children) lived in the center, of which 16 families left the "Warm House" in order to pursue independent living

Foster Family Support Program
"We're home!" is a program aimed at placing children from orphanages and boarding schools into professional families.

One of the program’s projects — the family center for orphans "House of GROWTH" has been active in the Ivanovo region since 2013. A homely atmosphere of the space allows children to receive psychological protection and developmental stability there. On June the 16th 2020, the project turned 5 years old.

We provide complex family support. Such as material assistance: reimbursement of salaries of parents, utilities, clothes, stationery. An important part of the work is providing pedagogical, psychological, social, legal assistance. Psychologists help children to socialise. Teachers prepare kids for exams, admission to colleges and universities. Lawyers advise wards at every stage of drafting the documents, in the administration of entitlements and benefits.
Over the five years of the "We're at home!" the Ilyins' family adopted 8 foster children. And every year the number of children comforted by the warmth of this house is growing.
In 2019, Aleksandr Shchekotov, a graduate of the House of GROWTH, became a student of the Faculty of Preschool Education at Moscow State Pedagogical University.
"On the first day, when Andrey was brought to us, he said: "Can I stay with you?" He got along with other boys right away. He did not study in 1st or 2nd grade, he got into an orphanage only when he was supposed to go to the 3rd grade, and, of course, now it is difficult for him. But guys help him to adapt, they help him with school subjects as well".
