You are a citizen of the Russian Federation
You are over 18 years old
Your weight over 50 kg
You are not sick with
flu, sore throat, SARS; or one month has passed since the last illness
You didn't remove teeth
in less than 10 days before the donation
1 year has passed
from the moment of your last piercing or tattooing
More than 10 days have passed since the vaccination
against hepatitis B, tetanus, diphtheria, whooping cough, or influenza
72 hours before the donation
do not take the following medications: aspirin, other anticoagulants, and analgesics
48 hours before the donation
refrain from any alcohol, dairy products, fat, smoked and spicy foods
24 hours before the donation
- meat, sausage products, poultry
- dairy products, eggs
- fish, seafood
- butter / vegetable oil
- fat, smoked, spicy foods
- chocolate, nuts, bananas, citrus fruits
- juice, compote, sweet tea, mineral water
- vegetables, fruits (except for bananas and citrus fruits)
- cereals, pasta on the water
- crackers, bread

On the day of donation
- smoke an hour before donating blood
make sure to have breakfast:
- sweet tea
- porridge cooked with water
- crackers
- sandwich with jam

Registry
Fill out an application form about your health and lifestyle

Fingerstick blood test in the laboratory
Depending on the result of this blood test it will be decided whether the person can become a donor on that day

The doctor conducts an examination and studies the questionnaire, after which he or she decides on the admission or non-admission to the donation procedure
The transfusion physician complies with the rules of medical ethics, hence medical confidentiality is spread on the information received from the potential donor

Buffet
Before donating blood, the donor goes to the buffet. Recommended foods: juice, weak tea, biscuits or buns

Donation of blood and its components
The procedure is carried out in a special donor chair - the most comfortable conditions for the donor are provided

Certificate issuance
After donating blood, each donor is issued a 402 / U certificate, as well as monetary compensation of lunch
